We opened Nass Bakery because we couldn't find the desserts we grew up eating alongside the classic American cakes we learned to bake. We wanted the richness of cardamom and saffron right next to a perfect vanilla bean buttercream.

Every morning in Prior Lake, our ovens are fired up by 4 AM. We bake everything from scratch, folding our South Asian heritage into modern dessert platters and custom cakes that actually taste as good as they look.
